Return and Refund Policy

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Sekinchan Dim Sum Sdn. Bhd., accessible from https://www.sekinchandimsum.com.my
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

To be eligible for a refund, claims must include clear images of the damaged items and must be submitted on the same calendar day the goods are received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.

Goods on sale are non-refundable. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

To return any items, please contact our Sales Administration team to obtain the correct return address.

You are responsible for both the cost and the risk associated with returning the goods to us. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

For this reason, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Please note: We are unable to issue a refund without either receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of their delivery to us.
